Accounts Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our busy Accounts team in Milton Keynes .

This key role within the finance department involves processing high volumes of daily payments to customers, suppliers, vehicle vendors and other business partners. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a methodical approach to checking documentation and the confidence to challenge or reject payment requests that do not meet company procedures or lack required supporting evidence.

Working in a fast‑paced motor retail environment, you will ensure all payments are processed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with internal controls. Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy are essential.
