This is a well-established manufacturing company based in Avondale, seeking a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Assistant to support the Accounts Manager within the small, close-knit team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of day‑to‑day accounts processes and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to‑day accounts reconciliation
• Accounts payable and receivable support
• Payroll processing using PaySource Online
• Maintaining and updating accounts in Xero
• Assisting with month‑end reporting and general accounts administration
• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc finance tasks as required

About You

• Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar role
