Job Description
Reporting directly to Finance Director
Two-stage bank reconciliation for 30 property funds (commercial and residential)
General ledger reconciliation
Service charge fund reconciliation - this will involve investigation Accounts Payable entries and leaseholder transactions
Setting up transfers where needed e.g. landlord forward funding, reimburse CIS retentions
Monthly review of landlord loan balances to service charge funds
