- Finance Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the Accounts & Finance department.
Build, train, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor team productivity and performance.
Review accounting work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Establish KPIs and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, Payroll, and Executive Leadership teams. - Payroll & Employee Compensation
Oversee payroll processing for US-based employees across multiple entities.
Review payroll data including timesheets, overtime, deductions, reimbursements, and employee benefits.
Coordinate with payroll service providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
