Accounting Technician Baker Tilly is a leading advisory and accounting firm dedicated to building better futures. We are looking for an Accounting Technician to join our team and contribute to financial services for small to medium-sized businesses and various organizations.

Responsibilities

Assisting in financial statement preparation of compilations and review engagements for small to medium sized businesses

Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns

Participating in audits of various institutional and non‑profit organizations

Performing other related accounting functions including bookkeeping

Qualifications

Accounting experience is required

Must have strong interpersonal skills, be self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team

Experience with computer software such as Quickbooks Online (QBO), Caseware, Tax Programs (Tax Prep), and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is an asset<...
