We @Holycode are looking for an experienced and proactive Accounting Team Lead to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will lead a team of accounting professionals, ensure compliance with local regulations, drive process improvements, and help build scalable financial operations in a dynamic and fast-growing international IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 finance and accounting specialists across General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable functions.
+ Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
+ Maintain statutory accounting records and ensure full compliance with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
