Accounting Supervisor - Store Reporting

Work Arrangement: 4x a week RTO in BGC Taguig. Shift Schedule 9pm to 6am MNL time.

Job Description:

• Supervise team members of Store Reporting team in Manila composed of Accounting Clerks and Accountants
• Train, Develop, motivate and lead team members.
• Understand and articulate the different reporting requirement of the Store Reporting Team.
• Ensure Weekly Store reporting activities are completed as scheduled.
• Oversee period close tasks ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Work Closely with different stakeholders to ensure reporting needs are met and best practices are put in place and followed.
• Identify areas of opportunity to enhance the proficiency of departmental processes. Maintain team compliance with appropriate internal controls and procedures.
