Accounting Supervisor

Job Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.

-At least 1-2 years accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

-Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

-Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

-Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.



Job Description:

-Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting team by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, reviewing work outputs, and providing coaching and performance support

-Prepare, analyze, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

-Monitor the company’s cash position and cash flow activities on a daily basis to support effective financial management.
