Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee transport-related financial operations in Accra. This role ensures timely payment processing, accurate data management in the Transport Management System (TMS), and compliance with financial controls for domestic and cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the Payment Request Tracking Form daily, ensuring payments are processed within 3 days (domestic) or 7 days (cross-border).

• Verify timeliness and accuracy of the Dump Basic Data Sheet and Distribution Basic Data Sheet.

• Maintain and update carrier information in TMS; set system alerts for receipt uploads.

• Track and resolve discrepancies identified in the Payment Request Tracking Table.

• Regularly update TMS operation time points and optimize system workflows.
