Leadership Role (Superintendent)

• General Leadership and managerial aspects:
• Sets short term section goals objectives based on Annual Departmental/Section target & KPI
• Monitor progress & lead execution progress to ensure goals are achieved on time and in compliance with the pertinent policy and procedures at section Level.
• Drive change Implementation as required to optimize operations, proactively align and strengthen operations efforts, systems, and personnel. Drive for continual improvement.
• Builds and maintains good relationships and alignment with departments internally (for services team: with external parties or agencies).

Organization and People Management:

• Provide input for section manpower planning by identifying critical area to cover.
• Retain employee especially critical people.
• Communicate with employee 6 weeks before employee's contract ends and communicate with leaders.
