Accounting Staff- Manufacture

Job Description

- Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping and general accounting tasks
- Process and verify incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Prepare and record journal entries in the accounting system
- Issue sales invoices and manage billing-related documentation
- Support tax-related activities, including preparation of data for tax filings
(VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory tax requirements)
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoice and payment matters
- Other related tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

・ Bachelor's degree in Accounting major
・ Have 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company ・More than a conversational level of English ・Strong communication skills
