Accounting Staff

The Accounting Staff is responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely recording of daily financial transactions across all dive centers, departments, and the entire company. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flow, processing payments, handling disbursements, reconciling accounts, and preparing periodic financial reports for submission to the head office.





The role also covers inter-branch settlements, payroll preparation support, organizing receipts and invoices, encoding sales and expenses, and ensuring proper documentation of all financial records. The position helps maintain complete, organized, and compliant financial data in accordance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
