The Accounting Staff is responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in the daily accounting operations of the company. The role includes hands-on experience in BIR transactions, compliance, and documentation.



Duties and Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions

Prepare invoices, vouchers, and accounting reports

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Prepare and process BIR requirements, tax filings, and related documents

Maintain accurate filing of accounting records

Assist in payroll and bank transactions

Support monthly financial reports and audits



Qualifications

Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course

With hands-on experience in BIR transactions and compliance

Knowledgeable in accounting procedures and bookkeeping

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
