Job Summary
With limited guidance, perform finance-related activities and oversee core accounting operations and support financial strategy within our insurance business. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
Job Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.

Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS / PSAK) and financial reporting requirements.

Solid experience in general ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
