These roles are ideal for accounting professionals with experience supporting day-to-day accounting operations in fast-paced, operationally focused environments.


Responsibilities:

+ Support day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities

+ Process vendor invoices, customer invoices, payments, and cash receipts

+ Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close activities

+ Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts

+ Review accounting records and resolve discrepancies

+ Assist with job costing, project accounting, inventory accounting, or cost tracking as applicable
