The role offers the opportunity to work closely with finance leadership on reporting tools and operational priorities while also supporting day-to-day accounting operations.


Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of accounts payable transactions, including coding invoices, entering payment data, and maintaining accurate vendor records.

• Examine invoices and supporting materials to confirm approvals, correct account assignment, and compliance with established procedures.

• Investigate payment issues and resolve discrepancies by working with internal departments and external vendors.

• Collaborate with finance leadership to build and refine financial dashboards, reports, and performance measures within a new procurement platform.
