Job Description
Pay Range: $117,746.00 - $156,995.00
The Accounting Manager leads accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance while ensuring adherence to GAAP and SEC regulations. Oversees financial analysis, budgeting, and process improvements, providing strategic insights to senior leadership. Manages and mentors accounting teams, supports M&A activities, and drives operational efficiency with autonomy.
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA certification highly preferred.
+ 8+ years or more of relevant progressive experience in banking including supervisory or management experience.
Skills and Abilities:
+ Strong understanding of GAAP.
+ Ability to develop and establish financial policy and procedure.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with many levels of employees.
