Accounting Operations Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: Expectation of this role is providing additional oversight and leadership to Accounts Receivable and Billing processes to improve current KPI, bridge these areas to the new NetSuite ERP, and use BOTs and other automation in the new ERP to streamline workflows. After AR and Billing functions are stabilized and automated, the responsibility and oversight of the Accounts Payable department would be added to this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing all functions related to Accounts Receivable and Billing to ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Select, manage, train, and develop staff. Establish objectives, KPIs and provide ongoing feedback through performance reviews and development plans. Example KPI:
• % current accounts receivable from 75% current to 90%+ current
• Achieve next day billing for 90% of orders
