Accounting Manager

The HT Group has partnered with a growing manufacturing entity in the search for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and partner closely with senior finance leadership. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization and direct interaction with executive leadership.

Location: Milpitas, CA (Onsite)
Compensation: $135K-140K base +10% bonus

The Opportunity

This position is responsible for managing core accounting functions including accounts payable, cash flow, general ledger integrity, and month-end close activities. The Accounting Manager will supervise accounting staff, ensure compliance with GAAP, and support financial reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
