Accounting Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to support a fast-growing financing company on a Long-term Contract basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting specialist who can bring structure to day-to-day financial operations, validate historical records, and deliver reliable reporting for leadership and investors. The position requires someone comfortable working independently in a lean environment while establishing sound processes that can support continued growth.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct a detailed review of prior accounting activity to confirm the accuracy of historical financial records and identify items requiring correction.
• Evaluate opening balances and ledger activity, post necessary adjustments, and oversee ongoing bookkeeping to maintain complete and accurate accounts.
