For our Finance department located in Minnedosa, MB

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Vice President Finance & Risk, the Accounting Manager oversees the day‑to‑day accounting operations of Heritage Co‑op, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls are in place and compliance with regulatory and Co‑op governance requirements. This role supports the financial health of the Co‑op while aligning accounting practices with Co‑op’s principles, member accountability and community values.

The position also provides leadership to the accounting team, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, integrity, excellence and teamwork.
