Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct and organize the Mexican and U.S. accounting functions of the companies and their divisions.
• Establish annual plans for the Financial Accounting function.
• Ensure compliance with the companies’ tax obligations in Mexico and the United States.
• Prepare and review accounting procedures and request modifications to procedures in other areas that are related to Accounting,
• Coordinate and provide information to the Controller, and coordinate the same with Materials, Purchasing, Quality, Customs, and othercompany departments.
• Prepare the company’s cash flow, based on sales forecasts, collection and supplier payment policies, bank commitments, and companyfunding requirements in Mexico or the United States.
• Report monthly to the corporate office in Japan the financial statements and other reports requested periodically or on a special basis.
