Accounting Manager

• Manage the full accounting cycle for multiple Luxembourg holding companies (Lux GAAP)


• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings


• Supervise a small team of part-time accountants


• Handle multi-currency accounting transactions (EUR, USD, others)


• Prepare financial reports for senior management


• Act as the main point of contact for external auditors


• Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements


• Improve accounting processes and recommend efficiencies


• Collaborate with international teams across Europe

• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in international environments


• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg accounting standards and holdings structures


• Proven team management or supervisory experience


• Comfortable working in multi-currency environments
