Accounting Manager for boutique professional services firm

Overview

We are seeking a full time Controller for an elite boutique professional services firm that contracts with companies and bills hourly. This person will have one direct report, a lot of work life balance and work with a small, close knit team. The right candidate will come from an organization experience with timekeeping systems where billable hours are tracked and reconciled (similar to consulting and law firm models) and has experience with 3rd party billing and implementing new accounting systems. This person will also need experience in Human Resources, Tax Planning and Compliance.
