Accounting Manager
+ $90-100k+
+ Cambridge (free parking and also near the T)
+ 40 hours. Great work life. Never much OT at all. 9-5!!
+ 5 days on site to start. Once comfortable, chance for 1 day home.
Our client is looking for a small company, hands-on Accounting Manager to help oversee all accounting needs with multiple entities. You will report into a great CFO and work very closely with the company owner.
Mentor and manage a junior AP person too!
Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities, ensuring records are complete, organized, and accurately maintained in QuickBooks.
• Prepare internal financial reports for leadership, highlighting timely information that supports planning and business decisions.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and investigation of accoun...
