, Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the monthly financial close for the core lines of business and corporate accounting.Prepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations.Use various systems to compile reports for monthly close tasks and processes.Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, perform account fluctuation analyses, and investigate account variances.Prepare analysis of P&L and balance sheet monthly.Documentation and testing of compliance with internal controls.Assist in providing support for external audit requirements and maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reporting and documentation.Assist with special projects for management and other financial functions within the department as required.Gain experience with ERP and Reporting systems such as CloudSuite and Cognos TM1.Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidenti...
