Job Description

Main responsibilities



Audit store Cash Paid Out entries weekly and communicate with stores when problems occur.

Reconciliation, analysis, and booking journal entries for miscellaneous accounts.

Responsible for coordinating and ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

Responsible for providing guidance to internal/external customers.

Facilitate audits conducted by internal/external entities.

Handle conflict and issues while maintaining the self-esteem of others.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience or related degree

Two or more years of experience in a larger organization with mainframe-based accounting.

Experience in high volume processing/accounting environment.

Experience working in Oracle Accounts Payable module preferred.
