Accounting Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join a finance team in Reno, Nevada in a part-time role working approximately 25 to 30 hours per week. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for an accounting specialist with hands-on experience in reconciliations, general ledger support, and day-to-day transactional accounting. The position will contribute to accurate financial records, assist with routine accounting operations, and support compliance with established accounting standards.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain financial records by entering transactions, preparing journal entries, and updating accounting data with a high level of accuracy.
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and general ledger activity to identify discrepancies and ensure clean month-end reporting.
