Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Accounting professional to support our accounting team during a period of organizational change and an upcoming ERP transition from SYSPRO to SAP. This individual will work across multiple accounting functions to ensure day-to-day operations continue running smoothly while the team prepares for the system conversion.
Responsibilities

+ Process and support Accounts Payable activities, which will be the largest area of focus.

+ Assist with Accounts Receivable processes and provide customer account support.

+ Maintain and support fixed asset accounting records.

+ Prepare and update Excel-based reports and accounting schedules.

+ Assist with month-end close activities.

+ Support account reconciliations and general accounting functions.

+ Generate ad hoc financial and operational reports for the finance team.
