Accounting Associate

The Finance Business Partner Accounting Associate is primarily responsible in providing support in running and coordinating the day-to-day bookkeeping operations of the business segment/group.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the processing of reimbursements and payments to suppliers/vendors which includes checking the validity and completeness of payment instructions and invoices, passing and recording of entries in ledgers in a timely and accurate manner, and safekeeping documents and receipts.
• Prepares, monitors, analyzes and reconciles ledgers to ensure that all expenses are accounted for and to ensure validity and correctness of items charged by other units.
• Prepares ad hoc reports as requested by the immediate supervisor
