Accounting Assistant Manager - Manufacturing - Cikarang

Job Description

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly financial closing
- Review journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements
- Collaborate with each department to prepare the company’s annual budget
- Conduct variance analysis between budget and actual results and report to management
- Prepare and submit statutory reports in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Support tax filings (e.g., VAT, corporate tax) and external audit processes
- Propose improvements to strengthen internal controls
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare necessary documentation
- Oversee and support the daily operations of the finance team
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
