Job Description
Responsibilities
:Reconcile financial statements and bank accounts
Maintain and organize accounting records and documents
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports
Assists with Deal Posting
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Handle cash receipts and deposits
Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing inquiries
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
Perform general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Deal posting experience is a plus.
High School Diploma or higher
Verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment
