Accounting and Finance Manager

Job Summary

The Accounting & Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations,

ensuring compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS), and Philippine Financial Reporting

Standards (PFRS) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations. This role leads the budgeting,

forecasting, and audit processes, while providing strategic financial insights to support business

growth. The manager will also mentor the accounting team and collaborate with stakeholders to

strengthen financial accountability and operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Operations & Reporting

o Supervise daily accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, financial reporting).

o Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in

compliance with PFRS.

o Ensure timely submission of tax filings and regulatory reports.
