Detailed-oriented Accounting Analyst with 3+ years of experience supporting financial reporting, reconciliations, and data integrity in medium-volume environments. Experienced in record-to-report (R2R) processes, variance analysis, and Excel-based financial modeling. Proven track record of improving reporting accuracy and supporting month-end close activities while maintaining compliance with internal controls and financial governance standards.
