ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Use Xero System to process and reconcile accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately Organize and maintain accounting records and files to support audit readiness Prepare GST filings and audit schedules to ensure regulatory compliance Generate financial reports to provide clear insights into company finances Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities Perform general administrative and finance-related tasks when required Required competencies and certifications Minimum Diploma or Degree in Admin, Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in handling full set of accounts independently At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience Good knowledge of accounting standards and practices Good communication and interpersonal skills Must be Singaporean or PR
