Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage accounting and bookkeeping operations for our US IT Staffing business. The ideal candidate should have experience handling invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience working with US staffing firms and consultant billing processes is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Generate and process client invoices for US staffing services.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), vendor invoices, and payment processing.
