Accountant - Summer Trainee

Adapteo is looking for a Summer Trainee to join our Group Finance team in Vantaa.
In this role, you will support the O2C and P2P processes of selected Adapteo subsidiaries and gain hands-on experience at an international, fastgrowing company. Our Group Finance team provides expertise to all Adapteo entities across several countries and plays a central role in our head office finance function. You'll be part of a skilled team that values learning, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Process invoices and support timely payments
Monitor incoming payments, perform collection activities, and assist with dispute management
Contribute to the accuracy of financial records
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve invoice or paymentrelated inquiries
Assist with other finance-related tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
