**Accountant – Financial Reporting**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our Financial Reporting team. This is an entry-level accounting position ideal for an early-career professional looking to build a solid foundation in core accounting practices. Reporting directly to the Manager of Financial Reporting, the Accountant will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity through accurate and timely execution of essential accounting functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assist in the preparation of the company’s quarterly and annual financial statements and monthly reporting packages
+ Support the quarterly review and year end audit processes
+ Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and special projects
+ Adhere to internal controls and assist in their design and implementation
+ Prepare and monitor assigned performance metrics
+ Implement process improvements under supervisor guidance
