Accountant (On Site)

About The Role

As an Accountant, you’ll maintain accurate financial records, drive timely closes, and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS while supporting audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements for a high-growth, innovation-led organization.

Responsibilities

• Record, classify, and reconcile transactions across AP, AR, payroll, and journals
• Prepare and review monthly reconciliations for bank, vendors, customers, and GL accounts
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and support tax filings
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports under GAAP/IFRS
• Support month-end and year-end close, including accruals and adjustments
• Provide accurate data and variance insights for budgeting and forecasting
• Partner with external auditors; prepare schedules and supporting documentation
