Responsibilities:
Post weekly bank transactions and reconcile monthly bank statements.
Prepare intercompany fund transfer journal entries.
Maintain the fixed assets register; record fixed asset additions and depreciation; and perform monthly fixed asset reconciliations.
Reconcile deposits and other asset accounts.
Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
Perform monthly and quarterly balance sheet and P&L flux analysis and summarize key drivers/variances.
Prepare supporting schedules, documentation, and account analyses for audits.
Report to the Accounting Manager and contribute to the continuous improveme...
