Job Description
Updating Monthly netting exchange rate into the operating system.Checking and inputting customers netting invoices to the Netting program and sending statements of account to be netting to entitiesChecking and rejecting supplier netting invoices under the Netting program.Inputting additional comments in the Netting program based on arbitration of the month.Checking supplier invoices in mutual agreement on the settlement monthChecking AP/AR invoices in litigation in the Netting program.Handling monthly booking settlement for final netting closing.Reconciling Interco transaction and Balance Sheet between data in the Accounting system (intercom AR/AP).Assisting Accounting Manager in interco AR/AP summary report confirmation.
