 As an Accountant for Sarens Projects Poland, you work at the office in Gdańsk. You take care of daily accounting tasks, support our local office, and follow Polish rules for VAT and tax. You work with our ERP system (D365) and prepare reports for our HQ team.

 Your job in a nutshell:
Create purchase orders (POs) in the ERP, follow them up and speak with suppliers when needed.
Support daily office administration related to finance.
Post all purchase invoices on time and correctly.
Create sales invoices for clients and projects.
Follow up unpaid invoices and check ageing reports.
Post daily bank statements.
Manage the monthly closing: check purchases and sales, post provisions when needed and complete reporting of the local entity to HQ.
