We are looking for an entry-level accountant to support essential accounting activities in Parsippany, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with financial records, spreadsheets, and transaction support while assisting with year-end cleanup efforts. The role follows a hybrid schedule with on-site work on Wednesdays and remote work on the remaining weekdays.


Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks by preparing and reviewing basic financial entries and supporting documentation

• Help process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with attention to accuracy and timeliness

• Perform account and bank reconciliations to identify discrepancies and support resolution efforts

• Work with purchase orders, invoice records, and related images to maintain organized financial documentation
