Job Description

We are looking for a Statutory Reporting Accountant to come join the Finance team in Debrecen, Hungary!The Statutory Reporting Accountant plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely reporting for statutory deadlines throughout the financial year. The role is primarily responsible for the legal entity statutory reporting of Emerson – National Instruments entities located in Europe. 
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Prepare statutory trial balance based on the US GAAP trial balance
Prepare BS and PL account reconciliations 
Liaise with external services providers
Ensure all statutory legal entity documentation is completed and filed appropriately
Support auditor requests and queries and are responded to on a timely basis
Prepare Hungarian and some European statistical reports in time
Participate in the US GAAP monthly closing GL tasks
