Accountant

We are looking for a Statutory Reporting Accountant to come join the Finance team in Debrecen, Hungary! The Statutory Reporting Accountant plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely reporting for statutory deadlines throughout the financial year. The role is primarily responsible for the legal entity statutory reporting of Emerson – National Instruments entities located in Europe.



**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**



+ Prepare statutory trial balance based on the US GAAP trial balance

+ Prepare BS and PL account reconciliations

+ Liaise with external services providers

+ Ensure all statutory legal entity documentation is completed and filed appropriately

+ Support auditor requests and queries and are responded to on a timely basis

+ Prepare Hungarian and some European statistical reports in time

+ Participate in the US GAAP monthly closing GL tasks
