Key Responsibilities:
Business Admin & Operations (40%)
- Coordinate day-to-day business admin and operational tasks (tracking, documentation, follow-ups).
- Support client onboarding/admin workflows (checklists, document collection, timelines).
- Maintain and improve internal SOPs, templates, trackers, and shared folders (clean + audit-friendly).
- Assist with billing trackers, basic reporting, and operational status updates.
- Liaise across internal teams to unblock tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
General Administration (20%)
- Manage office/admin documentation, filing, simple procurement and vendor coordination.
- Support scheduling, meeting notes, and action item follow-ups when needed.
Accounting & Bookkeeping (Jom Accounting) (40%)
