Accountant (Burnside)

A.W. Leil Cranes & Equipment is seeking an experienced accountant to help us continue to proudly serve the Atlantic Canadian boom truck and crane rental market. If you enjoy analyzing the details and ensuring the financial operations run efficiently, then you'll be the perfect fit.

Reporting directly to the Controller, you will be responsible for assisting with the full financial accounting cycle. We are looking for someone who can add value to an organization with their exceptional excel skills, accounting capabilities and attention to detail.

Hours of work: Full-time, 40hrs per week with flexibility for remote work on occasion with approval. Monday to Friday.

Primary Duties:

• Assist in the preparation of accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule, including month-end closing processes, accruals, and adjusting journal entries.
