Responsibilities

+ Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

+ Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.

+ Analyze financial statements and investigate variances.

+ Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and maintain supporting documentation for internal controls.

+ Participate in internal and external audit processes.

+ Review accounting transactions for accuracy and compliance with company policies.

+ Support the preparation of financial reports and management reporting packages.

+ SOX experience is a must
