Responsibilities

• AP invoice reception and registration
• Vendor master data maintenance
• Advance payment registration and clearing with corresponding invoices
• Expenses report control and registration
• Account reconciliations (banks / advance payments / vendors…)
• Bank reconciliation
• Capex control and registration for MEC
• Purchases book preparation MEC
• Withholding book preparation for MEC
