Job title: Treasury Accounting Associate

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Location: All cities, Colombia (onsite)

About the role: Assist other departments by providing information related to bank transactions, to avoid double payments, especially to the payroll department, make sure that employees receive their payments on time, issue fraud decisions on payroll payments, and build cash and liquidity reports.

Key Responsabilities: * Issue fraud decisions on ACH Payments and Checks. * Answering payroll requests regarding checks, direct deposits and other type of inquiries. * Fund and Register Employees Payroll Cards * Build Return Report for Payroll Department * Build Cash Reports and estimate Reports for Corporate. * Answer incoming calls related to payroll inquires.
